Dietary Recommendation

According to the bodily constitution of an individual, a Dietary plan is drafted to cover the following :

• Different foods to be consumed at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Foods to be eaten regularly, and foods that should only be taken occasionally.
• Foods to be avoided completely.

Other factors taken into consideration when Drafting the Dietary plan are :

Age of the individual
Sex of the individual
Seasons of the year and weather conditions.
Lunar cycle – waxing and waning moon nights.
Solar cycle – position of the sun i.e. whether it is in the Northern or Southern hemisphere.

If the plan is followed diligently for at least 42 days, it will help to achieve balance of the elements in the body and restore/maintain good health.
