Lifestyle Guidelines

An individual’s Lifestyle pattern and habits play a crucial role in either restoring or damaging his/her health.

• Solar Cycle.

The benefits of following a regulated Lifestyle according to our bodily constitution are manifold – most notably it enhances and builds a strong immune system, which in turn promotes a healthy mind, body and spirit. If due to some reason, one is in a poor state of health, practicing a lifestyle that is regulated and in harmony with the environment can quickly put one on the road to recovery, without the use of medicines.
